When purchasing on line you enter a contract with us, this contract begins when you pay for your purchase.
Your purchase cannot be dispatched until full payment is received including carriage where applicable.
When purchasing from our site you may pay using Stripe's secure payment gateway. All major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
By law you may cancel your purchase up to 14 days after your order confirmation. Because we usually dispatch within 24hrs, if you do not cancel quickly, it is likely that your order have been dispatched and therefore will be delivered. It is then your responsibility to return the unwanted goods. Please see our returns policy. If we have not dispatched to goods we will cancel your order and refund your payment via the same method by which you paid.
Our website only allows you to purchase available stock. We should therefore always be able to provide you with the items purchased. If we cannot fulfill our commitment to you because the stock is not available or, on inspection, not in an acceptable condition, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss.
